We are thrilled to shine the spotlight on local artist Carlos Aguirre this July
Hello everyone! We hope you are staying safe in the heat, summer is well and truly underway. July is the time to be enjoying the beautiful coast and sea, and this is exactly why Carlos Aguirre’s artwork is perfect to be highlighted this month.
So, who is Carlos?
Carlos is a third-generation artist (creativity runs deep!), graduate of both the esteemed Central Saint Martins and Norwich School of Art. 🎨
His practice fuses fine art with the alchemy of resin chemistry, resulting in richly layered decorative works and striking pieces of contemporary art.
What makes his work special?
One of the reasons we love Carlos’s work is how unique it is. His collection of wood and resin sculptures are totally individual, telling charming stories inspired by the ocean. 🌊
