Welcome to Studio 2 Art & Design! These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of our website (https://studio2artdesign.com) and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these T&C.

2. Orders & Payments

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal permission to purchase.
• All prices are in EUR (€) and applicable VAT is added at checkout (unless stated otherwise).
• We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers (additional payment options may be available at checkout).
• Your order is only confirmed once payment is received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Spain, the EU, and select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Processing Times:
  • In-stock items: Ship within 3 business days.
  • Made-to-order items: Require 7-14 business days for production before shipping.
• Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):
  • Spain: 3-7 business days
  • EU: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-21 business days
• Shipping Delays:
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

• In-stock items: Eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Customers must cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.
• Custom & made-to-order items: Non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
• Damaged or defective items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

Orders for in-stock items may be canceled before shipping. Contact us immediately at welcome@studio2artdesign.com to request cancellation.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection laws (LOPDGDD).

By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, usage, and storage.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and website content are copyrighted by Studio 2 Art & Design and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Studio 2 Art & Design is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Delays or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers.
• Issues arising from misuse, improper installation, or alterations of our products.
  

In any case, our liability is limited to the total purchase amount.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&C are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marbella, Spain.

EU customers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

10. Amendments & Updates

Studio 2 Art & Design reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the "Effective Date" at the top.
